Why learn Spanish in Spain?

More and more people are deciding to learn Spanish in Spain. Age is no longer an impediment and learning a new language has ceased to be an activity exclusively for young people. And now experts understand that all sectors of the population are interested in languages ​​and particularly, in   learning Spanish.

The main reason we learn Spanish in Spain is simply its importance as major global language. Do you know that Spanish is spoken by no less than 572 million people around the world? And the growth rate is increasing all the time!

El Instituto Cervantes reports that compared with 2016, 5 million more people spoke Spanish in 2017. Its long-term forecast is that by 2050 there will be 754 million Spanish speakers worldwide.

 

 

We already knew that Spanish, after Mandarin Chinese, is the second most common first language in the world. Can we overtake English in the number of speakers?
